Tasks

• Courteous and competent support and advice for guests at the cash register and at the service station
• Issuing of food and drinks incl. collection of payment
• Active sales with upselling as well as recommendation of our specials
• Carrying out cash closures and daily reconciliations
• Advising guests about our offer as well as providing information on allergens
• Compliance with and implementation of all hygiene regulations (HACCP)

Requirements

• Several years of experience in service or in gastronomy
• Friendly, well-groomed and service-oriented appearance
• Affinity for system gastronomy and enjoyment of structured processes
• Resilience and calmness even with a large volume of guests
• Readiness for shift, weekend and holiday services
• German language skills at B1 level, other languages an advantage
