You accompany our residents individually and professionally and contribute to ensuring they feel safe, respected, and well-cared for with us. In doing so, you undertake the following tasks, among others:

• You ensure professional nursing and care and carry out diagnostic as well as medical-therapeutic activities.
• You actively participate in the management of the nursing process.
• You occasionally take over daily responsibility and maintain an overview even in demanding situations.
• You take over primary nursing and ensure individual and continuous care.
• You accompany people in their final phase of life mindfully and professionally and support relatives in this special situation.
• You react confidently in emergency situations and in cases of death according to our emergency organization.
• You enter nursing reports in our electronic nursing documentation and ensure careful documentation.
• You support the reporting system and RAI/MDS coding.
• You prepare and distribute medications according to medical orders.
• You work closely with your colleagues in the Nursing & Care team as well as cross-departmentally.
• You actively contribute to team meetings and joint solutions.

What you bring with you

• You have completed training as a Healthcare Specialist EFZ.
• Ideally, you bring experience in long-term care.
• You enjoy working with older people and meet them with empathy, patience, and respect.
• You also meet people with dementia with understanding, patience, and appreciation.
• The autonomy and well-being of our residents are important to you.
• You possess high social and self-competence and enjoy working in a team.
• You are organized, responsible, and resilient.
• Even when things get hectic, you can set priorities and act deliberately.
• You communicate openly, reliably, and respectfully.
