For Raiffeisenbank Zürcher Oberland, a successful and locally oriented bank with branches in Gossau, Pfäffikon, Wetzikon and Hinwil, we are looking for a personality as Employee Services (m/w/d) with workplace Uster Share What can you expect? ## • Joint responsibility for ensuring the administrative services of the bank for the following areas: master data, document management, card processing, coming of age, tenant deposits, etc. • Managing customer portfolios: processing and controlling master data opening, controlling customer opening documentation, managing and processing electronic documents, managing bank safekeeping and message silence • Checking and releasing pension and freedom of movement accounts • Supporting and processing payment transactions, domestic and foreign payments, incl. payment clarification • Receiving calls with a focus on needs assessment and correct forwarding and processing of customer orders and customer inquiries • Managing bank safekeeping and message silence What do you bring? ## • Completed banking training or equivalent commercial training • Experience in the back office and/or in customer consulting at a bank • Independent and responsible action with high service and customer orientation • Teamwork, commitment, stress tolerance and flexibility are among your strengths • Raiffeisen experience is an advantage
