YOUR TASKS
You undertake responsible tasks in the further development of the residential offer and participate in particular actively in the buildup and further development of daily structures, employment opportunities and care standards.
You accompany and support residents in their everyday life in a resource-oriented, appreciative and professionally sound manner.
You promote quality of life, self-determination and social participation according to the individual needs and goals of the residents.
You undertake reference person work and work together with relatives, legal representatives and specialist agencies.
You actively support the nursing staff in the nursing process and undertake basic care activities.
You plan, coordinate and document care processes professionally.
Together with the team, you design a varied and needs-oriented everyday residential life.
YOUR PROFILE
Training as a Social Pedagogue HF/FH, Social Work specialist FH, Care Professional EFZ or a comparable qualification.
Experience and joy in accompanying people with disabilities.
An appreciative, resource-oriented attitude and high social competence.
Independent way of working, sense of responsibility and team spirit.
Experience and joy in actively helping to shape structures, processes and offers.
Experience with InterRAI is an advantage
