Apply Initial situation ### For our client, we are looking for a dedicated personality as a construction manager for building automation / MSR (m/w/d). In this versatile function, you will take over the coordination and monitoring of demanding automation projects and ensure a professional implementation from execution to successful commissioning. Job vacancy no. 6537 ## Tasks ### • Technical construction management of projects in the field of building automation and MSR • Coordination and supervision of the executing companies on the construction site • Ensuring execution according to planning, standards and quality specifications • Deadline, quality and cost control of the assigned trades • Coordination between the building owner, specialist planners, contractors and project management • Leadership and minutes of technical and construction meetings • Control of assembly work as well as support during commissioning and acceptance • Review of execution and revision documents • Ensuring compliance with safety and construction site regulations Requirements ### • Completed training as an automation technician EFZ, electrical installer EFZ or comparable qualification • Further education in the field of building automation, automation or electrical engineering is an advantage • Several years of professional experience in building automation, MSR or plant automation • Experience in construction management and commissioning • Good knowledge of modern automation and control systems • Understanding of HLK and building technology • Independent, structured and solution-oriented work • Communication skills, assertiveness and team skills Computer skills ### MS Office Knowledge of automation and control systems (e.g. Siemens, Wago, Saia, ABB, KNX, BACnet) Eplan is an advantage Languages ### German: Very good knowledge in word and writing English: An advantage Start of employment ### by agreement Place of work ### Pratteln (4133) Special ### You can expect a responsible activity with varied projects in a modern working environment.
