You are the person who organizes on-site, rolls up your sleeves, and keeps an overview at all times. You seek responsibility, variety, and direct contact with people

Your tasks:

• You bring the event material safely to the right place and maintain control of every step
• Setup and dismantling of the event infrastructure is completely your responsibility
• You ensure that the infrastructure is perfectly prepared and ready for use before the first guests arrive
• At promotion and sponsoring events, you are there live and talk to people, while everything runs smoothly in the background
• You actively help develop new concepts and infrastructure
• You take on cleaning, maintenance, care, and repair of the equipment with manual skill and initiative
• You coordinate and schedule assignments independently, even when several sites are running simultaneously

This is you:

• Manual or technical skill: you possess this, experience in event logistics is a plus
• You are physically fit and roll up your sleeves even during demanding setup and dismantling work
• You possess a driver's license category BE or higher, a license for mobile elevating work platforms 3a+b is an advantage
• You are familiar with Office, Outlook, and ideally SAP
• You enjoy communicating, are reliable, and enjoy traveling, also for occasional evening and weekend assignments
