• Accompanying, advising, and empowering nursing professionals in complex patient situations
• Responsibility for individual and high-quality, evidence-based nursing

What you bring with you

• Completed Master of Science in Nursing (MScN) or shortly before completion
• Several years of professional experience in an acute care hospital
• High social competence as well as an independent and self-responsible way of working
• Convincing and goal-oriented communication skills
• French and English language skills
• Ability to motivate employees
• Experience in wound treatment is an advantage
