As Tender Manager Bus, you will take on a central role between customers, sales, after sales and our corporate headquarters. You coordinate tenders, create convincing offer documents and accompany projects from the offer phase to vehicle handover. In doing so, you make an important contribution to the successful implementation of demanding customer projects in the market. Your tasks Process and coordinate public tenders as well as offer processes independently. Analyze tender documents and create the required offer documentation. Develop vehicle specifications in close cooperation with our corporate headquarters and the customer. Support our customers with technical and product-specific questions. Coordinate project execution from the placement of the order to the vehicle handover. Accompany vehicle acceptances, vehicle handovers as well as customer training. Work closely with sales, after sales as well as internal and external project partners. Maintain and manage tender, offer and project data reliably and in a structured manner. Your profile You have a technical or commercial-technical education, for example as a technician, automotive specialist with further training or via a comparable qualification. Ideally, you bring experience in tender management, sales, project management or in the commercial vehicle industry. You possess a strong affinity for technical products and solutions. Confident use of MS Office and digital work tools is a matter of course for you. You have very good German skills in speaking and writing as well as good English skills. French or Italian skills are an advantage. You work in a structured, independent and organized manner, organizational skills and a confident appearance round off your profile.
