• 07 July 2026 • 100% • Indeterminate duration • Grenchen Work Animator For our day workshop, we are looking for a empathetic and creative talent from November 1st, 2026 (or by agreement). Your role with us In the Schmelzi workshop, artistic creation with various materials meets structured and serial work. You accompany and encourage people with psychosocial support needs and help them rediscover their own resources. • Being a reference person: You accompany clients in the reference person system in a targeted and resource-oriented manner in everyday life. • Participate in creation: With a well-rehearsed team of 9 people, you continuously develop our occupation offer in the fields of paper, ceramics, textiles, and creation. • Adapt work processes: You break down activities so that they exactly match the individual abilities of our clients. What you bring • Solid foundation: Completed initial training plus specialized training in the field of work animation. • Experience & attitude: Practice in accompanying adults with mental health disorders. • Crisis strength: You remain capable of acting, calm and solution-oriented even in difficult situations. • Team spirit & presentation: Friendly and secure contact with people, great communication skills, humor, and flexibility. • Tools: Category B driver's license and mastery of common computer applications.
