MISSION DESCRIPTION *A meaningful mission, at the heart of* Geneva EMS • Ensure the organization, coordination, and evaluation of nursing care within the psychogeriatric unit. • Supervise, support, and accompany the nursing team in their daily practice. • Develop and ensure the planning of nursing teams (schedules, absences, replacements), while ensuring an optimal distribution of resources according to the unit's needs. • Guarantee the quality, safety, and continuity of care in respect of protocols and good professional practices. • Participate in the development and monitoring of personalized care projects in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team. • Evaluate the physical, mental, and cognitive health of residents and adapt care according to their needs. • Accompany teams in managing complex situations and behavioral disorders. • Work closely with the human resources team in administrative personnel management, monitoring collaborators, recruitment, and career path support.   REQUIRED PROFILE • You hold a nursing diploma with Swiss Red Cross (CRS) recognition. • You have confirmed experience in psychogeriatrics and are comfortable accompanying elderly people with cognitive and/or mental disorders. • You have team management experience and demonstrate good positioning, decision-making, and complex situation management skills. • You hold a management training or diploma: a significant asset. • You are recognized for your empathy, calmness, benevolence, and excellent human relationship skills. • You have at least 2 years of experience in care, ideally within an EMS in Switzerland. • You appreciate teamwork, demonstrate flexibility, and can adapt to field realities. • You master the SADIES software: an additional asset.   And what if it's the right time to give your career a new boost?
