Your tasks
As a Workplace Engineer, you actively drive the further development of our digital working environment and ensure the smooth operation of modern workplace solutions. You optimize IT security in close cooperation with our cybersecurity team. Installation and configuration of desktop virtualization solutions are part of your daily tasks. You automate processes using PowerShell and thus increase efficiency. - Planning and implementation of hardware and software rollouts. You take over 2nd/3rd level support in the client area and actively participate in projects and sub-projects.
Your profile
You have completed informatics training (FH/HF or equivalent). You bring at least five years of experience in larger IT environments with a focus on client management. Sound knowledge of Microsoft Group Policies (MDM/GPO) as well as good knowledge of Azure and Intune distinguish you. You have experience with SCCM/MEMCM as well as in the installation and administration of virtualization solutions, ideally VMware vSphere. Very good PowerShell scripting skills and solid know-how in the ITSM environment round off your professional profile. You have very good German skills (C1) and work in a customer-, process-, and solution-oriented manner; Microsoft Windows certifications are an advantage.
