Your tasks
You professionally and responsibly care for our clients with all types of illnesses in the different and multifaceted situations of the outpatient psychiatric sector.
As the case-leading nursing professional, you take responsibility for the planning, management, and control of all steps in the nursing process of the clients.
You work closely with the involved services such as psychiatric clinics, doctors, social authorities, etc.
You assist in the further development of the psychiatry department within our Spitex organization as well as in the establishment of networking within the regional non-profit Spitex organizations in the psychiatry department.
Your profile
You have completed training as a dipl. Pflegefachperson HF, Fachbereich Psychiatrie.
You have at least 2 years of professional experience in outpatient or inpatient psychiatric nursing and meet the legal requirements to independently carry out needs assessments.
You are a reflective, open-minded, and flexible personality and possess high professional competence.
You have a forward-looking and structured way of working and maintain an overview even in challenging situations.
You possess a category B driver's license.
