Pflegefachperson HF, Fachbereich Psychiatrie, 60 - 100 % Your tasks • You professionally and responsibly care for our clients with all clinical pictures in the different and multi-layered situations of the outpatient psychiatric sector. • As the case-leading nursing professional, you take responsibility for the planning, steering and control of all steps in the nursing process of the clients. • You work closely with the involved services such as psychiatric clinics, doctors, social authorities, etc. • You help with the further development of the psychiatry department within our Spitex organization as well as with the building of networking within the regional non-profit Spitex organizations in the psychiatry department. Your profile • You have completed training as a dipl. Pflegefachperson HF, Fachbereich Psychiatrie. • You have at least 2 years of professional experience in outpatient or inpatient psychiatric nursing and meet the legal requirements to independently carry out needs assessments. • You are a reflective, open-minded and flexible personality and possess high professional competence. • You have a forward-looking and structured way of working and maintain an overview even in challenging situations. • You possess a driving license category B.
