CNC Swiss Lathe Operator 100% (M/F)

For a company specializing in the turning of watchmaking complications, we are looking for a CNC Swiss Lathe Operator to strengthen the team and support the development of activities. You autonomously ensure the setup, adjustment, programming, and production monitoring on CNC machines. Your missions: • Perform setups and adjustments • Read and interpret technical drawings • Create or modify programs • Ensure the start-up and stabilization of production • Monitor production and perform quality controls Your profile: • CFC in production mechanics, polymechanic or equivalent training • Experience on Citizen and/or EvoDeco desired • Experience in the production of watchmaking components (movement) • Rigor, precision and autonomy
