For the European land transport sector, we are looking for a committed personality who reliably plans, coordinates, and maintains an overview of international truck transports in the busy daily business. In this position, you manage import and export traffic within Europe, interact with drivers, partners, and customers, and ensure smooth processes until timely delivery.

Tasks ###

• dispatching and monitoring import and export transports within Europe
• coordinating truck traffic considering customer requirements, deadlines, and legal regulations
• creating transport orders and necessary freight documents
• clarifying capacities, freight rates, and transit times with transport companies and partners
• supporting customers and drivers during the entire transport process
• recording and maintaining order and shipment data in the system
• monitoring compliance with delivery dates and transport specifications

Requirements ###

• completed training as a freight forwarding agent or comparable qualification
• practical experience in the truck dispatching of international LTL/FTL transports
• sound geographical understanding of Europe as well as good market knowledge
• independent, resilient, and solution-oriented way of working

IT ###

MS-Office - user knowledge

Languages ###

German: m+s very good
English: m+s good
Italian: knowledge is an advantage
