The municipality of Oberwil-Lieli has approximately 2'350 inhabitants, is located on the flank of the Mutschellen and possesses everything that makes an attractive residential municipality.

The current position of the finance department comprises a total of 180 percent employment. The deputy head of finance is currently in post at 100 %. There is a desire to reduce this 100 % position in favor of the future head of finance.

The versatile range of tasks includes the autonomous execution of all areas of the finance department, including:

• Financial accounting, suppliers and customers (residents and local municipality)
• Budget, annual accounts and credit statements
• Financial planning
• Invoicing and administration of services (electricity, water supply, wastewater and waste)
• Electricity secretariat (meter management, control of domestic installations, etc.)
• Debt collection / collection
• Tax accounting
• Dog control
• Insurance portfolio

In addition to a great sense of numbers, we expect from you:

• completed administrative apprenticeship or equivalent training
• experience in HRM2 accounting is an advantage
• professional diploma or additional training (CAS I and II, etc.)
• several years of professional experience, preferably in finance and accounting
• entrepreneurial thinking and action
• customer-oriented and solution-oriented working method
• speed of understanding, autonomous and precise work
• integrity, discretion, reliability
• enthusiasm, stress resistance, flexibility
• good IT knowledge, possibility to take over IT management
