Dispatcher Sewer Cleaning (m/f/d) ###

Your Tasks ###

• Planning and coordination of daily operations in the field of sewer cleaning
• Receipt of customer orders as well as competent telephone consultation
• Organization and dispatching of emergency and special operations
• Recording and administration of orders in the dispatching system
• Ensuring a smooth and punctual operational process
• Close cooperation with the employees in the field service
• Ongoing coordination with customers, deployment teams and internal departments

Your Profile ###

• Experience in the sewer or pipe cleaning industry
• Technical understanding as well as strong organizational talent
• Joy in the coordination of operations and in daily customer contact
• Ideally initial experience in dispatching - however, this is not a requirement
• Willingness to familiarize yourself with administrative processes and digital planning systems
• Confident handling of MS Office is an advantage
• Customer-oriented, resilient and communicative personality
• Independent, structured and reliable way of working
• Driver's license category B
