Specialist in Facility Management / Caretaker (m/f/d) Your tasks As a Specialist in Facility Management / Caretaker, you ensure that our properties, technical systems, and outdoor areas are well-maintained, safe, and functional at all times. Building operation and maintenance You monitor the proper condition of our buildings and ensure their flawless operation. You carry out minor repairs and maintenance work independently. You monitor technical systems such as heating, ventilation, air conditioning, sanitary, and electrical. You organize and accompany maintenance work carried out by external specialist companies. You recognize malfunctions and damage and initiate the necessary measures. Grounds maintenance You maintain green areas, lawns, hedges, and plantings. You take over winter service including snow removal and ice control. You ensure clean and well-maintained parking spaces, paths, and squares. You ensure an appealing appearance of our properties. Customer service You are the contact person for tenants, owners, users, and visitors. You receive and process malfunction and damage reports. You coordinate and accompany craftsmen and external service providers. You support during events and special occasions. Administration You maintain control, maintenance, and work protocols. You create reports and damage reports. You obtain offers and order necessary material. You support budget and cost controls.
