Foreman Ground Engineering (m/f/d) 100% – Leadership position for the St. Gallen region

For a successful company in the Canton of St. Gallen, we are looking for an experienced Foreman Ground Engineering (m/f/d). You will take over the leadership of demanding construction sites and contribute significantly to the success of exciting special foundation engineering projects.

Your tasks

• Independent leadership and organization of construction sites in ground and special foundation engineering
• Coordination and deployment planning of employees as well as machines
• Responsibility for schedule, quality, and cost control
• Monitoring compliance with safety and environmental regulations
• Material orders and construction site reporting
• Contact person for construction management, site management, and clients
• Active support and guidance of the construction site team

Your profile

• Completed training in the main construction industry
• Further training as a foreman or several years of experience as a foreman with leadership responsibility
• Sound knowledge in ground and special foundation engineering
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working
• Assertiveness as well as enjoyment of employee leadership
• Driving license category B
