Commercial Clerk Pension Fund (80 % - 100 %)

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed and trustworthy personality, starting immediately or by arrangement.

Your tasks

As part of our team, you will contribute your strengths in a targeted manner:

• Advising insured persons and employers on pension topics and providing support with complex questions regarding occupational pension schemes
• Carrying out all business cases in pension administration (entries and exits, salary mutations, buy-ins, home ownership promotion, divorces, retirements, etc.)
• Supporting the accounting department with the annual financial statements
• Opportunity to take over the management of mandates

Your profile

• Completed commercial basic training and professional experience in social insurance, preferably in occupational pension schemes, or in financial accounting with experience in annual financial statements
• Proficient use of MS-Office
• Independent, punctual, and exact way of working
• Good German skills in speaking and writing, French or English skills are welcome
• Enjoyment of telephone customer contact
