Business Development & Sales Support Specialist (m/f/d)

Your role at Firstcaution

Firstcaution is one of the leading providers of rental deposit solutions in Switzerland and holds a strong market position, particularly in Romandie. To further drive our growth in German-speaking Switzerland, we are looking for a dedicated individual to strengthen our sales team.

In this key role, you will actively support the sales success of Firstcaution: You will identify new business opportunities, arrange qualified customer appointments, and ensure that our Key Account Managers can use their time where they create the greatest added value, namely with our customers.

Your tasks

• Proactive telephone contact with existing and new customers with a focus on new customer acquisition, including Cold Calling
• Arranging qualified customer appointments for our Key Account Managers
• Qualification of leads, market potentials, and initial marketing projects
• Professional presentation of our services and our added value to customers and partners
• Close cooperation with the Key Account Managers in the planning and implementation of sales activities
• Preparation and follow-up of contracts and customer appointments
• Consistent follow-up of leads, customer contacts, and sales opportunities
• Maintenance and updating of customer data in the CRM system
• Creation and evaluation of relevant sales key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Regular accompaniment of our Key Account Managers to customer appointments to get first-hand experience of the market, customer needs, and sales processes

Your profile

• You enjoy telephone customer contact and convince through professional and winning communication
• You are goal-oriented, high-performing, and motivated to achieve concrete results
• You recognize customer needs quickly and can present convincing solutions
• You work in a structured, reliable manner and never lose track even with many contacts
• You have a strong understanding of sales and want to continuously expand your market and product knowledge
• You see yourself as an important partner to the field service and enjoy working in a team
• Experience in sales, Business Development, Customer Service, or a comparable customer-oriented function is an advantage
