BIM Coordinator / Plant Planner (m/f/d) - Start by arrangement

• You combine technical information, layouts and models from various machine and plant suppliers into a consistent overall plan
• You check planning documents for completeness, technical plausibility and feasibility
• You identify interfaces and conflicts between machines, infrastructure, TGA and structural boundary conditions at an early stage and support their clarification
• You maintain technical information and attributes in digital planning models and ensure their quality
• You coordinate the flow of information between suppliers, specialist planners and internal project teams
• You ensure that relevant planning information is available to the involved trades and project partners in the required quality
• You support the project management in the development of integrated plant and factory planning
• You accompany projects across all planning phases and ensure a consistent data base

• With completed training as a designer with a specialization in plant planning and an interest in construction planning
• With your confident handling of AutoCAD, preferably also Revit
• Perhaps you already have experience in BIM planning? Perfect!
• With your familiarity with technical guidelines as well as your understanding of technical and structural relationships
• With your knowledge in handling common Microsoft programs
• Your way of working proactively and your ability to be enthusiastic also inspires us!
• With your enjoyment of working in cross-functional and cross-border teams and with the fact that you speak and write German fluently - perhaps you even understand English? That would be perfect, but not a must!
