Tasks You assemble our frameless window systems individually, independently or in a team according to plan. We expect close cooperation with our back office. Requirements profile \- Professional experience in the assembly of windows and doors \- Customer-oriented, reliable, independent, flexible \- Solid experience in metal construction and facade assembly \- Knowledge/compliance with safety regulations on construction sites \- Driver's license category B and BE (trailer) Tasks As a leading fitter, you implement the high quality standards of our customers. You act as an interface between construction management, customers and internal communication with project management, production and assembly. You assemble the frameless sliding windows according to plan individually and independently as a team leader. You support and train our assembly staff and the external assembly teams working for us as well as the fitters of our sales partners. Requirements profile \- Several years of professional experience in the assembly of windows and doors \- Customer-oriented, reliable, independent, flexible \- Leadership experience is an advantage \- Knowledge/compliance with safety regulations on construction sites \- Willingness to work abroad occasionally \- Good German language skills (French and English language skills desirable) \- Driver's license category B and BE Important: You are willing to work away from home from Monday to Friday (costs are paid).
