Your Tasks

• Greeting and advising customers in the checkout area
• Addressing and motivating customers to use the self-service offers
• Support with the scanning and payment process at the self-checkout checkouts
• Help with technical or operational questions
• Ensuring an orderly and sales-promoting appearance in the self-checkout area
• Carrying out quality controls
• Cashiering activities at regular checkouts

Your Profile

• Experience in sales or customer service is an advantage
• Flexibility regarding working hours (MO-SA between 05:00-22:00; early and/or late shifts)
• Enjoyment of direct customer contact and advising
• Basic technical understanding of POS systems
• Patience and empathy
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Resilience and flexibility, even during high customer volume
• Good German skills, other languages an advantage
