La Fondation Vieillesse Heureuse Herisau is the home of more than 250 elderly people. In our three sites Heinrichsbad, Ebnet and Dreilinden, approximately 260 employees contribute daily in our houses. They ensure a high quality of life for the residents and thus make a valuable contribution to society. It is important to us to offer employees a working environment in which they are satisfied and where they like to return regularly.

La maison Park is nestled in the magnificent Heinrichsbad park and comprises three residential groups. For a residential group of approximately 30 residents across two floors, we are looking for reinforcement. The natural environment and the family atmosphere make this site a special place to live and work.

Your demanding and varied tasks:

• You care for the residents with empathy and respect in their daily lives and their home.
• You implement care measures competently and support residents in activities of daily living.
• You regularly assume responsibility for the day and support your colleagues in daily care.
• You observe changes in health status, transmit relevant information and document carefully in the care process.
• You work in the morning and evening shifts until 9:15 PM.

Our requirements:

• You have completed training as a healthcare professional EFZ or an equivalent training recognized in Switzerland and ideally already have experience in long-term care.
• You have experience in using RAI LTCF and apply your professional knowledge confidently in daily care.
• You enjoy contact with elderly people, work flexibly and respond to their individual needs.
• You take on responsibility, work independently and reliably and contribute to a positive team culture.
• You are proficient in computer systems and communicate clearly and respectfully in German.
