Hinwil (and home office) \| 80-80% What you can contribute to • Advise and support line managers in all HR processes, from personnel recruitment to departure • Be prepared to replace employees at any time in case of prolonged absences due to illness or for personnel law and conduct issues • Accompany change projects and support line managers in connection with the change in corporate culture, consequences for personnel, and measures taken as part of organizational development • Prepare personal data and required information for superior HR controlling and process requests from employees that are transmitted to you by the HR Service Center • Ensure the implementation of our personnel policy and strategy and guarantee the smooth running of HR affairs for the benefit of stakeholders (line management, personnel, technical management, HR Service Center, etc.) <br /> What makes you unique • CFC commercial employee and HR specialist with a federal certificate and several years of experience • Great conceptual skills with a marked customer service sense, combined with implementation capability, analytical thinking, and a systemic approach • Open and loyal personality with ease in pragmatic implementation of topics and pleasure in thinking in a visionary and strategic way • Good knowledge of SAP HR • Ideally, oral and written knowledge of a second official language <br /> In a few words As an experienced HR specialist, you will competently support our managers from personnel recruitment to departure; you will pragmatically contribute to the strategic development of the organization and data-based HR controlling.
