Our "Governance & Finance Compliance" team specializes in the management of compliance and legal risks, especially in the areas of investment and trading. We are particularly the contact point for the topics of Suitability / Asset Management (incl. conflicts of interest as well as sustainability) and market conduct rules. In addition, we operate the policy office and are responsible for the regulatory monitoring of the bank. Compliance Officer Specialist (a) Workload 80-100% Work location Bern-Bundesplatz How you inspire You initiate and carry out 2nd-line controls in the areas of Suitability and Asset Management (FIDLEG, KAG, FINIG) and analyze the annual risks in these areas You process inquiries regarding Suitability and Asset Management (FIDLEG, KAG, FINIG) You develop training materials and participate in training and further education regarding Suitability and Asset Management (FIDLEG, KAG, FINIG) You review and process internal policies and contracts in the areas of Suitability and Asset Management You participate in further compliance tasks (including controls, inquiries, training and further education, policies, contracts) regarding market conduct rules (incl. personal transactions), conflicts of interest, sustainability, the policy office and regulatory monitoring What you bring with you You have a completed Swiss university degree in law or economics (Uni/FH/HF). In-depth additional training in the corresponding compliance areas is an advantage You have in-depth knowledge and experience (ideally supervisory experience) in the areas of Suitability and Asset Management (FIDLEG, KAG and FINIG) You have IT affinity (Excel and data analysis) and enjoy working with new technologies You are a committed personality who likes to take initiative, thinks entrepreneurially and is always curious.
