LIFE.ENCOUNTER.FUTURE.Your exciting field of activity essentially includes: * Overall responsibility for the housekeeping department with 40 employees and 3 apprentices * Direct leadership of the housekeeping allrounder team (16 employees) and the group leaders for housekeeping real estate and laundry/cleaning * Responsibility for apprentice training in the role of vocational trainer * Ensuring and optimizing work organization and high quality standards * Further development of the housekeeping department, implementation of new technologies * Support of the group leaders in technical matters and in process optimizations * Participation in projects, leading meetings, organization and implementation of training

What characterizes you: * Higher vocational training in the field of housekeeping (Department Manager Hotel Management BP or similar) * Some years of leadership experience as well as professional experience in a healthcare institution * High willingness to provide service, the well-being of the customers is close to your heart * Joy in dealing with people, you are empathetic, a team player and reliable * Motivating, target-group-oriented and exemplary communication * Willingness for weekend shifts
