It supports the development of their autonomy, freedom and well-being, in an adapted and secure framework, thanks to qualified, responsible and benevolent staff. ### The Fondation Perceval is looking for a psychomotrician (M/F)Your mission Within a multidisciplinary team, you will intervene with children presenting different types of disabilities and contribute to their global development, their well-being and their autonomy. Your main missions will notably be to: * Carry out psychomotor assessments and clinical observations in order to identify the specific skills, difficulties and needs of each child * Implement individual and/or small group psychomotor care, adapted to the capacities and objectives of each child * Work on the different psychomotor dimensions: gross and fine motor skills, balance, coordination, body schema, spatio-temporal orientation, praxies, muscle tone, tonico-emotional regulation and attentional capacities * Promote the development of autonomy, self-confidence and the skills necessary for the child's participation in their different living environments * Adapt therapeutic proposals to the sensory, motor, cognitive and relational particularities of each child * Participate in the development and follow-up of individualized projects * Collaborate closely with the various professionals working with the child: educators, teachers, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, speech therapists, psychologists, doctors, etc. * Exchange with families and participate in reflection regarding the needs of the child * Ensure the observations, transmissions and reports necessary for the follow-up of care Profile sought We are looking for a person: * Holder of a recognized psychomotrician diploma in Switzerland allowing the practice of the profession Possessing ideally a first experience with children with disabilities * Appreciating work in a multidisciplinary team * Demonstrating creativity in the search for adapted mediations and activities * Having good observation, clinical analysis and adaptation skills * Demonstrating benevolence, patience and a professional posture promoting the valorization of the child's skills * Experience with children presenting neurodevelopmental disorders, an intellectual disability, autism spectrum disorder or motor difficulties constitutes an asset We offer you * Integration within a multidisciplinary team committed to supporting children with disabilities * An activity rate of 40 %, to be defined according to the needs of the service and availability; * Integration within a multidisciplinary team committed to supporting children with disabilities; * A working framework promoting collaboration, clinical exchange and skill development; * The possibility to propose varied psychomotor mediations adapted to the children's projects; * A work environment centered on respect for the rhythm, needs and potential of each child.
