Tasks ###

• Moderates the Scrum ceremonies and ensures that these run efficiently
• Removes all obstacles so that the Sprint goal can be achieved and long-term the risk of schedule shifts is minimized
• Supports the Pod in continuous improvement and efficiency increases in the software delivery process
• Actively monitors the assigned IT components and applications to ensure efficient Incident Management
• Creates reportings (e.g., Burndown Chart) to ensure that the feature deliveries correspond to the BRP obligations

Profile ###

• Communication skills: Clear, open and goal-oriented communication within the team, also outside and with stakeholders
• Moderation and presentation skills: Leading meetings, structuring discussions and if necessary presenting results
• Conflict management: Recognizing, addressing and constructively resolving conflicts at an early stage
• Organization and time management: Efficiently planning and coordinating Scrum events and workflows
• Knowledge of agile methods and tools: Sound knowledge of Scrum, Kanban and other agile frameworks as well as their tools
