Lawyer Internship

During a 9- to 12-month internship at the Bern location, you will gain comprehensive insights into the work as a lawyer. By working in different teams, you can gain valuable experience in different legal areas, with a focus on commercial law. From the beginning, you will be actively involved in mandate work. You will conduct legal clarifications, write legal documents independently, and appear before courts and authorities. In addition, you will accompany legal consulting in direct contact with our clients. Other tasks include the preparation and review of contracts as well as participation in corporate law issues, such as foundations, restructurings, and transactions (M&A). Master's degree in law, usually with a grade of magna cum laude or higher Ideally, a completed court or administrative internship High level of commitment, careful and precise work Enjoyment of teamwork as well as independent work An exciting and instructive internship with insights into the various legal areas of a commercial law firm, which will prepare you well for the bar exams. Availability We welcome applications for internships with a start date between 1. July 2028 and 1. January 2029 in the application window from 1. to 21. August 2026. After the deadline, all received applications will be reviewed and job interviews will be scheduled. In addition, we are fully booked for short internships until summer 2027. You are welcome to apply for short internships from summer 2027 onwards.
