La Maison Béthel is an intermediate reception structure Psychiatric nurse La Maison Béthel is an innovative intermediate reception structure, which addresses adults (18-65 years old) in temporary or chronic psychological fragility. The establishment is located in an idyllic district of Blonay and can host 22 people for short stays. Its supervised apartments also welcome 14 residents. We are looking for a psychiatric nurse permanent position at 80% - 100% Your mission: In your capacity as a qualified nurse, you ensure, autonomously or by delegation, professional and efficient support in compliance with the recovery concept, the employee regulations, and safety standards. You have a continuous reflective practice that allows you to evaluate and analyze, among other things, the biopsychosocial and spiritual dimensions of the care recipients. Due to your values centered on the mission, you establish a relationship of trust with the care recipients and their relatives, by creating a safe environment adapted to their needs. Your objectives: Take charge of patients for short psychiatric stays in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team and with the external medical network; Evaluate situations from a bio-psycho-social-spiritual perspective according to the Recovery care concept with therapeutic and socio-educational objectives. Your qualities and skills: Bachelor HES in nursing; Diploma in nursing recognized by the Swiss Red Cross; Attested continuing education in the psycho-social field; Professional experience in the mental health field; Sense of observation allowing for rapid evaluation of a complex situation; Great sense of responsibility; Dynamic, attentive, flexible and organized; Autonomy and ability to take initiative; Proficiency in spoken and written French as well as proficiency in standard IT tools; Good knowledge of the Vaud healthcare network, an asset.
