Tasks ###

• Overall responsibility for the successful leadership and further development of the company
• Development and implementation of the corporate strategy in close coordination with the owners and the group management
• Ensuring efficient operational business operations as well as controlling administrative and financial processes
• Leadership, promotion and coordination of employees and specialist departments
• Maintenance of sustainable relationships with banks, business partners, supervisory authorities and other relevant stakeholders
• Ensuring compliance with all regulatory, legal and internal compliance requirements
• Responsibility for budgeting, reporting, key figure management and the achievement of the defined corporate goals
• Representation of the company at management level towards customers, partners and external institutions
• Identification of market potentials as well as active participation in growth, optimization and change processes
• Support of the corporate group in strategic projects and the sustainable further development of the organization

Requirements ###

• Several years of professional and leadership experience in a senior position within the finance, asset management or banking industry
• Sound understanding of Swiss financial market regulation as well as relevant supervisory requirements
• Proven competencies in corporate management, organizational development and business management control
• Entrepreneurial mindset combined with a solution-oriented and pragmatic approach
• Ability to define strategic goals and to successfully accompany their implementation operationally
• Leadership personality with high social competence, assertiveness and strong communication skills
• Confident and professional appearance in dealing with customers, business partners and authorities
• High integrity, discretion and sense of responsibility

Very good user knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

Languages ###

French: m+s very good knowledge
German: m+s good knowledge
English: knowledge is an advantage
