What you will do

• Dish cleaning in the washing kitchen
• Refilling the salad buffet
• Assisting in the production of cold dishes
• Compliance with and implementation of ISO and HACCP guidelines
• General tidying and cleaning work

Your place of work

Your workplace is located in the heart of Bern. Together with 3 employees, you surprise up to 150 guests daily in the FINMA restaurant with a diverse offering: creative, seasonal dishes, prepared fresh and varied.
You work between Monday and Friday, depending on the duty roster. On public holidays and at the weekend, the operation remains closed. You are flexibly deployable for occasional special events.
