• Operate CNC milling machines, create and manage programs
• Completely manufacture and process small series and individual parts according to drawings
• Set up work processes, optimize customer orders and monitor delivery dates
• Carry out quality controls through optical and dimensional inspections
• If necessary, operate conventional machines for drilling and sawing
• Requirements
• Completed training as a poly mechanic with several years of professional experience
• In-depth knowledge of programming Heidenhain and Siemens controls
• Independent, flexible and responsible way of working with a sense of quality
• Very good German language skills and safe handling of measuring and operating equipment for product control
• Willingness to take responsibility and complete tasks independently
