In order to complete our team, we are looking for a: FIDUCIARY MANDATE MANAGER 80–100 % Your missions In charge of a client portfolio, you will notably be required to: * supervise the maintenance and monitoring of accounting for companies in various sectors; * participate in the preparation of annual closings and financial statements; * control the tax returns of natural and legal persons as well as VAT returns; * manage salaries, social security contributions and the various administrative procedures related to personnel; * ensure the administrative follow-up and current management of your files; * accompany our clients in their various accounting, tax and administrative problems; * participate in audit, valuation, restructuring or business transfer mandates. Your profile Ideally, you have: * a recognized and completed higher education in the field of accounting, finance or fiduciary; * several years of professional experience in a fiduciary, including within the framework of audit mandates; * excellent interpersonal skills and a taste for contact with clients; * a good command of IT tools and a real interest in new technologies; * a good sense of organization and priorities; * an ability to work autonomously while enjoying teamwork.
