• Coordination and control of daily OR workflows to ensure a smooth, economic, and patient-oriented process
• Interface between the OR team, anesthesia, wards, and medical staff
• Monitoring and optimization of OR utilization
• Support in the planning and prioritization of OR programs
• Ensuring timely communication regarding changes in the OR schedule
• Co-shaping break relief in the operating room
• Assisting in the operating room as an assistant and instrument technician if required
• Compliance with hygiene and asepsis guidelines
• Responsibility for correct OR-specific documentation (OR nursing documentation/performance recording)
• Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH OP or dipl. Fachperson OT HF/FH with several years of professional experience, preferably in the attending physician system
• High flexibility, versatile specialist knowledge, and the necessary understanding of the most diverse OR techniques
• A responsible, service-oriented, and resilient personality with great joy in their profession
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing
• Structured and solution-oriented way of working
• Confident handling of common IT systems and OR documentation software
