Your main tasks
Professional, individual, and relationship-oriented care and nursing of our residents
As the primary contact person, responsible for ensuring the nursing process with the involvement of the social environment
Contact person for relatives regarding information, advice, and support
Active participation in the implementation of our concept for protected dementia wards
Professional execution of the prescribed medical-diagnostic and therapeutic measures
Assumption of daily and shift responsibility
What you bring with you
High motivation to strive for our vision together
Proven professional experience in the field of dementia
Completed training as a Dipl. Pflegefachfrau/-mann HF or foreign diploma with SRK recognition
Interest in further and continuing education (e.g., CAS in life-world-oriented dementia care)
Very good German skills in speaking and writing
Good digital skills for electronic administration with BESA (future interRAI), easyDOK, and the common Office programs
