We are looking for a dry cleaning manager

Responsibilities

• You ensure the smooth daily operation of the dry cleaning by organizing activity, defining priorities, and ensuring systematic compliance with announced deadlines.
• You steer the operational activity by distributing the workload and adjusting resources according to the volumes of items to be processed.
• You guarantee the quality of item processing by checking their condition, ensuring their traceability, and verifying compliance before returning them to clients.
• You offer a quality customer experience by welcoming, advising, and informing each client, ensuring precise follow-up of requests, and proposing suitable solutions.
• You manage the operating resources by monitoring stocks and consumables, anticipating needs, and coordinating the follow-up of machines, equipment, and maintenance operations.
• You ensure operational and administrative follow-up by guaranteeing the reliability of the cash register, transmitting necessary information to the administration, and producing regular activity reporting.
• You organize and support the team by distributing work, integrating and training employees, controlling quality, and promoting everyone's progress.

Profile

• Completed professional training, ideally in a service profession or close to textile processing.
• Marked autonomy, sense of responsibility, and ability to take appropriate initiatives.
• Reliability, personal rigor, and willingness to follow established daily procedures.
• Ability to anticipate needs, organize priorities, and manage files until their closure.
• Experience in supervising or supporting a small operational team.
• Ability to transmit know-how, to train, and to support employees in their progress.
• Motivation to participate in the construction of a new activity and to contribute concretely to its success.
• Availability for an activity rate of 100 % within the framework of an open-ended contract.
