Junior Onsite Support Engineer (m/f/d) 100%

YOUR TASKS:

●First & Second Level Support onsite
●Processing of support requests and tickets
●Maintenance and servicing of PCs, notebooks, printers and mobile devices
●Support of users in daily IT operations
●Helpdesk and telephone support
●Collaboration on smaller IT projects

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING:

●Completed basic IT training or comparable training
●Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft 365
●Basic network knowledge (LAN, WLAN, VPN, TCP/IP)
●Customer-oriented and independent way of working
●Very good German skills
