Apprenticeship as Specialist in Care for People with Disabilities (FaBe MmB) The Stiftung Schürmatt is a competence center for unique special education services in the Canton Aargau. We employ around 440 employees at 13 locations. Most of these are active in the education, promotion, and care of people with disabilities. In the child and adult sectors, we offer several apprenticeships as Specialist in Care for People with Disabilities (FaBe MmB) starting with the training start in August 2027. Care specialists work in a team within the residential groups of Stiftung Schürmatt. You will care for people with disabilities in the child or adult sector in various everyday situations such as dressing and undressing, washing, brushing teeth, eating and drinking, as well as with housework. Within the team and together with the clients, everyday life, leisure time, and holidays are meaningfully structured, and activities are prepared, carried out, and evaluated.
