Bilingual French / German Sales Assistant ##

As part of our development, we are looking for a Bilingual French / German Sales Assistant to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities ###

• Administrative support to sales representatives and the entire sales team
• Coordination and sending of information intended for customers (commercial offers, new product launches, promotions, assortment modifications, price changes)
• Creation and updating of customer references and EDI data
• Management of commercial documents and materials intended for customers
• Preparation and follow-up of commercial files for the sales force
• Calculation and updating of prices, assortments, dashboards, and statistics, calculation of product profitability
• Occasional replacement within the sales secretariat

Qualifications ###

• Commercial or administrative training
• Excellent command of French and German, both oral and written.
• Previous experience in a similar role, ideally in the agri-food or logistics sector.
• Excellent command of IT tools (MS Office, ERP, CRM).
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Team spirit, proactivity, and customer service orientation.
• Excellent communication skills and sense of service.
• Discretion and respect for confidentiality.
• Knowledge of the Swiss market, an asset.
