Your tasks * Receiving customer requests in the area of traction and mechatronics of battery and trolleybuses * Error diagnosis for complex and cross-system error patterns * Support for service technicians (remote and on-site) * Independent replacement of electronic components at the customer's site * Support of ET management and creation of technical documentation * Assistance in customer training as well as internal company empowerment measures * Creation of project- and assembly-specific technical evaluations * Answering inquiries via ticket system Our requirements * Technical basic training as an automotive mechatronics technician or in the electrical field * Further training (Electrical technician TS/HF, automotive diagnostician FA, BSc in automotive technology or similar) * Knowledge of high-voltage systems * Basic knowledge of control technology and in programming * Good language skills (German mandatory, second national language an advantage) * Independent working * Good communication skills * Willingness to travel domestically and in adjacent foreign countries (travel activity of approx. 20-40%) We offer you * Exciting, varied activity with high personal responsibility * Permanent position * Flexible working hours * Possibility of part-time work * Collaboration in a collegial team with very good cohesion * Modern electric vehicle as a company car If you feel addressed, send us your complete application documents including a cover letter via link (Apply now).
