Maid

The employer is looking for a:

Maid (reported profession)

Tasks:

• daily cleaning of the rooms and public areas of the hotel
• management of the material necessary for performing the daily tasks for the floors assigned to her
• evening tidying of the rooms
• occasional ironing of guests' clothing
• if needed, perform specific activities such as porter/bellhop

Requirements

• experience, at least two years, gained in hotels of the same category
• knowledge and application of LHW Quality Standards
• good knowledge of Italian and English
• organizational skills
• good stress management skills
• reliability, precision, cleanliness and accuracy
• attitude towards teamwork
• availability for shift work, including Sundays and holidays

Employment details:

• place of work Lugano
• 100% employment
• employment from 01.02.2027, fixed-term until 31.12.2027
• work shifts, including Sundays and holidays, to be agreed upon
• contractual conditions according to CCNL hotel sector
