Scheduler in Personnel Deployment «Passenger Counting»

This is what you can move. • As a personnel scheduler: you plan and schedule the assignments of around 18 control counters and ensure economical and demand-oriented personnel deployment. • You ensure the timely and high-quality execution of the control counts and support the evaluation of the collected data. • As a technical contact person, you accompany and instruct the control counters in their daily work. • You carry out the recording of working hours and expenses of the control counters reliably and independently. • You coordinate the execution of the counting assignments, monitor their execution, and ensure the return of the survey data. • With your expertise, you actively contribute to the further development of processes and systems and participate in projects and working groups. This is what you bring with you. • In your role as a scheduler, you think in networks and analytically, work in a solution-oriented manner, and convince through your structured way of working and your organizational talent. • In a dynamic environment, you maintain an overview and bring the necessary assertiveness to successfully coordinate different stakeholder groups. • At least two years of experience in scheduling distinguishes you. Knowledge of SBB, public transport, or operational operations is an advantage. • You have a basic commercial education or a comparable education. Further training in the commercial field, for example a federal diploma of higher education, is an advantage. • You work confidently with MS Office, especially Excel. Knowledge of CERES or SAP is an advantage. • Very good German skills (at least level C1) and good French skills (at least level B2) round off your profile.
