Railway Mechanics – Industry (M/F/D)

As part of an important strategic industrial project for our client, we are recruiting several Mechanical Fitters and Polymécaniciens CFC.
You will participate in high-precision mechanical assembly work within a modern, structured, and secure technical environment.

Some employees may be required to work occasionally at the Bulle or Martigny sites, but organization will be guaranteed (shuttle organized from Villeneuve to handle all travel / travel time counted as working time / meals covered / working hours identical to a standard day at the Villeneuve site).

Job Description

• Perform the assembly, mounting, and pre-assembly of industrial mechanical components
• Read and interpret mechanical plans, diagrams, and parts lists
• Perform adjustments, settings, and inspections of parts
• Use workshop tools: torque wrenches, measuring instruments, assembly tools
• Work according to quality standards and industrial requirements
• Actively participate in production while respecting deadlines, instructions, and safety standards

Profile Sought

• CFC as a mechanical fitter, production mechanic, polymécanicien, or training deemed equivalent
• Proven experience in industrial mechanical assembly
• Excellent skills in mechanics, assembly, and reading plans
• Comfortable with adjustment and dimensional control tools
• Experience in heavy or railway mechanics: important asset
• Flexibility to work in shift patterns: 5h30 – 14h00 | 13h45 – 22h15
