A healthcare assistant on an hourly contract (40-80%) The Fondation de La Côte has the mission to help dependent people or those with health issues to stay in their living environment for as long as possible. Thanks to its CMS located in Mies, Nyon, Gland, Rolle, Aubonne, St-Prex and Morges, it ensures services in order to promote, maintain and/or restore health, maximize the level of autonomy and favor the social integration of its clients while supporting family caregivers. In order to complete its teams in Nyon, Gland Ville, Rolle, Morges Est and Morges Ouest, the Fondation de La Côte is looking for: A healthcare assistant on an hourly contract (40-80%) Missions Perform basic care, assistance to the family and household help at the home of persons presenting a state of physical or mental dependency or a disability. Profile 120h CRS healthcare assistant certificate or Swiss diploma deemed equivalent or foreign certification with CRS equivalence You have, if possible, already experience in this field. Besides an evident interest in old age and staying at home, you are autonomous while working in multidisciplinarity. Flexibility is one of your assets (days, evenings and weekends / schedules).
