Caregiver (hourly basis)

Your tasks as a caregiver:

• Situational support and everyday companionship
• Household support
• Basic care
• Care of people with dementia
• Accompanying people in palliative situations & palliative
• Cooperation with other organizations such as public Spitex
• Documentation of nursing and care measures

To ensure you are best equipped for your first assignment, you will complete a training program beforehand. You are firmly assigned to your clients, caring for them individually and without time pressure. You act respectfully and empathetically and make a valuable contribution to the well-being of elderly people and their relatives.

Your profile:

• Completed nursing assistant training
• Empathy for elderly people as well as an open, committed and motivated personality
• High resilience
• Good German skills, understanding of Swiss German
