Project Manager Garden and Landscape Construction 80-100% #

Your tasks

• Independent management and coordination of demanding garden and landscape construction projects
• Precise surveying of construction sites and preparation of project fundamentals
• Creating, calculating and following up on offers
• Organization and scheduling of material, machines and resources
• Deployment planning and leadership of employees on the construction sites
• Ongoing schedule, quality and cost control during the entire project execution
• Contact person for clients, architects as well as external partners and active maintenance of long-term customer relationships
• Ensuring smooth project execution until successful handover

Your profile

• Completed training as Gärtner:in EFZ specialty Garden and Landscape Construction
• Further training as Gartenbautechniker:in HF or Gärtnermeister:in with federal diploma (or shortly before completion)
• Several years of professional experience in project management or as a foreman or construction manager in garden and landscape construction
• Sound knowledge in calculation, construction process planning and cost control
• Confident use of common MS Office applications as well as ideally experience with industry software
• Entrepreneurial thinking as well as a structured, solution-oriented and independent way of working
• Leadership competence, organizational talent and enjoyment in motivating employees and bringing projects to successful completion
• Strong customer orientation and a confident appearance towards clients, architects and specialist partners
• Driver's license category B
