Preparing the Schwiizer Stube restaurant
Setting up and breaking down the breakfast buffet
Friendly reception, seating, and looking after guests
Placing orders
Close cooperation with the breakfast kitchen team
Daily preparation of mise en place
Ordering required materials
Collecting and passing on information and guest needs to the respective interfaces
General cleaning work according to HACCP guidelines
Working according to operational standards
Setting the tables according to occupancy & requirements
What you bring with you
Professional experience in the service area is an advantage
Clean, efficient, and guest-oriented way of working
Communicative and team-oriented personality
Fluent German skills, other languages are an advantage
Willingness to work on weekends
