Nussbaum AG in Olten, we are looking for a motivated and ready-to-go personality as an Export Clerk 60-90% (m/f) The assignment is planned to be temporary until approx. July or September 2027. In the event of mutual interest, there is also the great chance to be taken over directly by the client on a fixed-term basis at a later date (until maximum September 2027). In this versatile role, you will take responsibility for smooth processes in export and transport management. Your tasks: • Export processing: You process exports (primarily Switzerland-Europe) and create and check all necessary documents such as commercial invoices, delivery notes, and certificates of origin. • Compliance & control: You ensure compliance with export control regulations (sanctions, preference certificates, dual-use, etc.) and coordinate closely with sales. You also monitor internal guidelines and perform spot checks. • Interface & communication: You are the central contact point for the Federal Office for Customs and Border Security (BAZG) as well as foreign customs authorities. • Transport coordination: You coordinate transports including schedule monitoring and actively participate in the design of national as well as international distribution. • Process optimization & administration: You continuously optimize customs clearance processes, create export statistics, check invoices from freight forwarders, and train supporting colleagues. • Flair for numbers: You support calculative tasks such as the development of transport tariffs and budgeting. Qualifications What you bring with you • Commercial basic training (KV profile) – we also welcome applications from KV apprenticeship graduates • You already bring export knowledge or have gained valuable experience in the export department during your apprenticeship. • You work accurately, reliably, and always maintain an overview even with administrative tasks.
